#goals ... Literally
Here are my goals as of now:
-Have a more scheduled life.
I know lots of people may think this is crazy but I find that when our lives have structured my kids are well behaved and let's be honest that is my real goal... to have more well-behaved kids...
-Get My kids outside!
We are going to attempt one hike a week AND one park day a week! That's 2 days where I am going to be outside doing something with them. We all need it! Plus going for a walk every day!
-Take my kids to the Library once a week. READ MORE
This one is pretty self-explanatory but I want my kids to cultivate a love for reading just like I did as a child and I think the most cost-effective way to do that is the library (as long as I remember to return the books on time) Maybe we will even go to a few different libraries. Also, book suggestions are always welcome!
-Plan time to do something with a friend at least every other week.
I often find myself feeling like I don't have friends but I do I just don't make time for them so I'm going to do more of that.
-Do one sewing project a month.
I still need some ideas on this one so let me know what projects I should try!
-Make little Holidays more special for my kids
They are only going to care about these holidays for a little while so why not make the most of it. (It can be done pretty cheaply too.)
-Date my Devin more
With three kids it is easy to forget to keep dating each other but we are working on it!
-Work Extra Hard on the Dave Ramsay Stuff!
We are doing this anyway, but I want to put even more effort into it so we can have the life we always dreamed of!
That's pretty much it for now. I think I might update everyone on how it is going later.
